We sat down with Morten, Head of Campaign Performance at N365 Copenhagen, to hear how his team works, how they build client trust through transparency, and how automation has helped them free up time for more creative work.

"We’re a creative agency, but data drives everything we do," says Morten. "When we see a concept that performs, we scale it fast. Creativity must convert."

"We used to pull numbers manually from each platform and enter them into slides. It worked, but it wasn’t scalable," he says. "It took too much time away from campaign work."
As the client list grew, so did the pressure on teams to keep up with reporting expectations.

The shift has been noticeable.
"Across our offices, the feedback is the same: we’re saving a lot of time. Now we can focus more on strategy and ideas instead of formatting slides."
